Click Triangle is a practical resource for people who work with photographs and visual content — whether that means building a website, publishing an article, creating social media content or deciding which photographs best tell a story.

The focus isn’t on camera settings, expensive equipment or chasing photography trends. It’s on the decisions that come after an image exists: Which photograph should you use? What job does it need to do? Where should it appear? Which images belong together? And when does an image simply not earn its place?
Click Triangle grew out of more than eight years of building websites, publishing digital content and working with images, including years spent owning and operating a digital agency.
Much of what we’ve learned has come through doing the work: selecting photographs, building pages, creating content, testing ideas, making mistakes and discovering that the best-looking image isn’t always the image that does the best job.

Click Triangle isn’t built around the idea that there’s one perfect formula for choosing photographs.
Our perspective comes from years of building websites, publishing content and working with images in real projects. That experience has involved plenty of trial and error — including photographs that worked, photographs that didn’t, and images we initially liked but eventually realised weren’t doing anything useful.
That’s the experience Click Triangle tries to turn into practical guidance.
